Lindsay and her group made a stop to see what Chef Joe at the Rusty Anchor restaurant, located at The Beach Club in February Point Resorts had to offer and they were not disappointed! Lindsay said, “The conch fritters were a HIT” and the gorgeous views of the beautiful Exuma waters while dining made the experience all the better!
Lindsay also dined at Blu on the Water Restaurant @blu_exuma and Bar named after the unmatched shades of the Exuma waters. Here you can enjoy the most flavorful dishes while enjoying the views with an island-inspired cocktail in your hand! You can contact Blu on the Water at (242) 345-5258
Private Boat Tour & Captain. All Aboard!
Antonio Johnson @johnsonsgetaway and his first mate will arrive right by Vanderbilt Villa with coolers stocked full of beverages and goombay smash, the family was able to sit back and relax while taking in the views of Stocking Island, Harbor Cay, Rolletown sand bar, and the infamous Chat N Chill. Swimming with the turtles, petting a stingray, and walking hand and hand along the waters of the sand bars, were some of the best highlights on this trip. Antonio has a knowledge and passion for Exuma, its sea life, and all that there is to explore by boat. From fishing, to exploring the caves, swimming with the pigs, and floating the lazy river, Antonio is a must when exploring Exuma by boat.
Take a short boat ride over to Stocking Island and grab a bite to eat at Chat N Chill @chatnchill where you can get delicious appetizing food and play a game of volleyball or feed the stingrays! Again, you can’t beat the breathtaking views of the Exuma waters while eating that authentic island cuisine.
Lindsay and her group enjoyed their time here and all it had to offer!
After a day on the water or relaxing at the pool, one of the special treats in Exuma is to welcome a private chef to prepare the flavors of Exuma and the Bahamas that is as entertaining and delicious without leaving the house. Lindsay and her family and friends gathered around while chef Khriston Turnquest@tropicbreeze242 created a custom menu picked out by her. From the Lobster Nachos and Shrimp Stir Fry to the Caribbean Jerk Wings and Surf & Turf, he prepared a dinner that was “out of this world”!
